KAVIRAJ  SINGH 

Kaviraj Singh is a senior advisor to Trustman that he formed in the year 1998. Mr. Singh started his legal career in the year of 1996. Mr. Singh has essentially practiced in the areas of commercial laws with specialization in banking and real estate, Commercial and regulatory compliance laws. Mr. Singh used his expertise to establish first of its kind debt collection legal practice in the country. He also practiced in the area of foreign investments by regularly advising multinational corporations on establishing and doing business. Mr. Singh also edits a legal encyclopedia covering various laws of India.  Mr. Singh is regularly advising government of India and recently advised Indian Army for the revising policy for the procurement of pulses and drafting the purchase agreement.

Mr. Singh is a Emeritus Chapter Chairman of New York State Bar Association,  International Section.  Mr. Kaviraj Singh had been nominated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi, India to the governing body of Aurbindo College under University of Delhi.  Mr. Singh is presented with memento by the Consular General of United State of America Consulate at New Delhi.  He is currently serving as President, Legal Cell of Indo-American Friendship Group and is also serving as Director of Federation of International Business Association based at New Delhi.

Mr. Singh also worked as a director, India head of for New York State Department of Economic Development to promote the investment into new York State and export from New York State to India.   

Mr. Singh is a graduate in law from University of Delhi (LLB, 1996). After his graduation, Mr. Singh did a post graduate diploma course in International Trade. Mr. Singh is also a graduate in Industrial Psychology.

Dinesh Jotwani is registered trademark & patent attorney and has nearly 17 years of legal industry experience in India. Dinesh also holds a post-graduate diploma in Information Technology (1992) from National Institute of Information Technology, India. He completed his bachelor’s in law from Delhi University, India in the year 1994. 

Dinesh was a General Counsel (India) for a fortune 100- company, Symantec Corporation, for more than 6 years and also heads Symantec’s IP Enforcement team for the Asia Pacific Japan region.   

Dinesh has also been elected as Chair (India) for the year 2008, 2009 and 2010 for Business Software Alliance (www.bsa.org), a Washington based organization committed to promotion of safe and legal digital world.  He is also part of the core team of FICCI (a premier Indian Trade Association).

Dinesh specialize in the investment laws, regulatory compliance, transactional laws and advising the foreign company on formulating the legal strategy/policy in Asia.  He had also extensively worked with the Government offices that include Ministry of Information Technology, Food & Drug Controller General of India and Defense Ministry. Recently, the Ministry of Information Technology accepted and legislated upon the recommendations on Data Privacy and Encryption issues being advocated by Dinesh Jotwani on behalf of some major technology companies of India.
